twelve people in Arkansas learned the hard way what it was like to be upside down for a halfhour
What a ride! More than ten people spent a half an hour upside down at an amusement park in hot springs Arkansas yesterday. Luckily no one was hurt though one rider was taken as a precaution to a local hospital. There have been a number of serious injuries that have resulted from faulty rides on different amusement rides in the last couple of years. There has been even talk of cancelling the fastest rides that include the rollercoaster. Among other accidents there was a tragedy that happened in Tulsa. Oklahoma where a fourteen year old boy was killed and five others were injured at the Bell’s Amusement park As the years have gone by the rides have become more precarious and more dangerous. The loops have become higher and faster as the competition has increased from other rides. Maybe the time has come to close the rides that although have passed inspection still present a real danger.
