Rebates Rebates Rebates.

Everybody is trying to get you to buy with the promise of a rebate on part or most of your purchase.

 It’s all a sham at least in logitechs case

 After you carefully fill out the forms and mail in your receipt they decide 3 months later something is missing and this is what they say

 
“Unfortunately, we were unable to honor your request for the following reason: We did not receive an original UPC symbol or proof-of-purchase tab with your request. (An original UPC symbol or proof-of-purchase tab is required).”

 Logitech doesn’t pay to many rebates to people and it’s just a sham to get people to buy their products.

 This is what they think.

 Most people won’t bother to take the time to mail the rebate. Those who do may write the address of Logitech wrong or their own address wrong or both. If they get past that hurdle they will get the message I received.

 I wonder the REAL statistic of how many rebates are REALLY paid out.
