Seahawks trounce Redskins, Jacksonville sqeezes by Steelers

Steelers out of playoffs

In a wild game the Steelers lose to the Jaguars as Ben Roethilsberger the Steelers quarterback has rough day. The Steelers had lost to injury their star running back Willie

Parker and it showed on the field. The back up to Parker N. Davenport only had 25 yards on the ground making Big Ben go to the air 42 times in the game. The inexperience of first year coach Mike Tomlin was apparent as Pittsburgh missed two extra point conversions. Both were two point attempts.

Jacksonville had better savor their win as they will likely face the unbeaten New England Patriots next Saturday night. That is if San Diego beats the Tennessee titans today. Jacksonville may be a two touchdown underdog in that game. Expect New England to be a little rusty in the first few possessions where Jacksonville will be playing with nothing to lose as no one expects them to win. Jacksonville would do well to run some razzle dazzle plays to maybe get some quick points and mess up a bit New England’s game plan.

At the end Jacksonville has no chance against the Patriots and will lose 35-14
