Super Sunday- one week from now

The biggest sporting event in the US and maybe the world is set to unfold in one week in Phoenix Arizona. The Super Bowl the championship game of the National Football League. What a game it promises to be. Sometimes it seems the game itself is dwarfed by the lavish festivities that accompany the game. The most watched festivities has to be the half time show which this year features “ Tom Petty and the HeartBreakers “. The game and half time show will be seen in 230 countries and territories around the world. An estimated one billion people will watch the game on TV and many millions more will access the game on the internet. Everyone hopes that this will be a closely fought game that will come down to the final minutes. The last few games have been close and many predict an upset against the heavily favored unbeaten New England Patriots. The underdog New York Giants almost beat the Pats on the final game of the season and that experts say catapulted them into success in the Playoffs. They have won three straight road games while almost beating the Pats just as the Season ended. The Patriots themselves did not play that well in beating the San Diego Chargers in the AFC Championship Game. It clearly will be closer than the almost 2 touchdown spread the betting mavens have given to the Pats. There have also been rumors that Tom Brady the Pats Quarterback Phenom is hurting.

Its going to be fun
